- Drink a glass of water before you head for food or a calorie beverage.
- Wedding buffets are an opportunity to bring out your creative side to design a meal with the fiber-rich options.
- Decide the specific point when you’re done eating. With all that food around, it can be easy to keep grazing and turn the reception into one long meal.
- Dance. It burns calories. If you really don’t want to dance, listen to “Get Down on It” by Kool and the Gang. That should help.
