Sometimes, finding our healthy weight can be challenging, especially since we’re all different heights. If you’re not sure what weight to shoot for, you can calculate your BMI (Body Mass Index), which is your weight adjusted for your height. A BMI helps you find out what a healthy weight would be for you.

Start by weighing yourself.

It’s best to do so:

  • In the morning

  • After you use the bathroom

  • Before you drink anything or eat breakfast

  • With as little clothing on as possible
