Are You at Your Healthy Weight?

Person standing on scale to get their weight

Sometimes, finding our healthy weight can be challenging, especially since we’re all different heights. If you’re not sure what weight to shoot for, you can calculate your BMI (Body Mass Index), which is your weight adjusted for your height. A BMI helps you find out what a healthy weight would be for you.

Start by weighing yourself.

It’s best to do so:

  • In the morning

  • After you use the bathroom

  • Before you drink anything or eat breakfast

  • With as little clothing on as possible

Enter your height and weight in the boxes below to get your BMI.

If you were pleased with your results, congratulations! If not, you might want to consider enrolling in a Are You Eating Enough to Lose Weight? online program or starting one of your own. We would love to come alongside you as you move forward toward a healthier weight and more energized life. :)
