Kristie and Maggie have both participated in the Full Plate Weight Loss Program in the past.
Kristie took the course 4 years ago and has kept off more than 65 pounds.
Maggie started the program in February and has lost more than 30 pounds.
We asked them 5 questions about what their experience with the program was like and how their lives have changed as a result.
