Fried Food Loving Couple Experience the Magic of The Full Plate Diet

Before going through The Full Plate Diet Weight Loss Program, Marilyn said, “I was a hot dog, hamburger lovin’ girl!” Her husband, Carl, loved his meat and fried foods. All that changed last year when Marilyn saw an ad for The Full Plate Diet Weight Loss Program starting in her neighborhood.

During the program Marilyn continued to prepare the foods Carl liked but, for herself, she would make her plate the full plate way. Carl would look at her plate and notice how good it looked, and started eating off her plate. During the course of the 8-week program, Carl lost 5 pounds “without even half trying.” He didn’t even attend a single session!

When the program was offered a second time in January, he suggested to Marilyn they go together this time. Marilyn says the results “were like magic.”  She lost 20 pounds, her cholesterol dropped over 100 points and her grocery bill is a lot less!

As for Carl?

    * He lost 50 pounds in 6-months (and only has 10 more to reach his goal of 160)!
    * He is off all his blood pressure medications!
    * His triglycerides dropped from 300 to 80!
    * His cholesterol dropped from 200 to 150!
    * His blood sugars, which had been high, are now normal!
    * His energy level is up. His doctor told him his loss of energy was due to his age; since being on The Full Plate Diet he can work all day long!

Carl says, “After eating this healthy stuff I haven’t missed my meat. I eat a little, mostly chicken, but I don’t crave it. The fact is, I never knew losing weight could be so easy!”

Marilyn says, “We love eating this way. We’re eating good food and don’t miss all the fried food we use to eat.”

Carl and Marilyn enjoyed the program so much they decided to do it again this Fall.
