Lose One Pound this Week

Losing weight happens one pound at a time; losing one pound happens one week at a time. More specifically, eating 500 less calories every day, so you consume close to 1500 calories a day. Meals made of mostly Superfoods are the skinniest since foods high in both fiber and water pack less calories.
