More Food = Less of Me

“I feel like I wake up with a different body each day. My task is to find out how this new body works daily.”

 

Those are the words Melvina shared with me about her experience with The Full Plate Diet. In the spring of 2011 she attended The Full Plate Diet Weight Loss Program. By the end of the year she lost 17 pounds. This year she has lost 28 more pounds, making a total loss of 45 pounds (so far)!

Melvina says, “It is very satisfying to see the weight go and my body shrink. All the while I am eating huge quantities of food. This is the easiest weight loss I have ever had. Which is saying a lot because from age 25 to 63 my weight has yo-yoed, always ending up bigger than I was before.”

 

The key to Melvina’s success?  “I just do it. There is no choice to make, the choices have already been made. So, I just do the work. I look forward to losing 45 more pounds over the next year!
