Restaurant Review - Breakfast at Mimi’s Cafe

I’m showing you the finished product first. All the ingredients separated are not nearly as pretty or appetizing, but when they all come together, it’s something wonderful in so many ways.

This masterpiece was created at Mimi’s Café on a recent trip. I was thrilled with their breakfast options. It’s a great place that allows you to start your day off on the right side of the plate.

I’m not a huge fan of milk to begin with and I knew the fruit would add enough sweetness for my taste buds, so I omitted the milk and brown sugar. Plus they don’t have fiber. I wanted a mega powered up bowl of oatmeal that would keep me full all morning.  As you can see I chose to load on the strawberries, blueberries, and granola. It was yummy!

So the next time you’re looking for a restaurant for breakfast near you or while traveling, look up Mimi’s Café.
