Give me the skinny. I want the 411. I saw on the news last night that this year’s cranberry harvest is expected to be very good. And according to The Full Plate Diet Fiber Guide, 1 cup of fresh cranberries contains 5 grams of fiber and only 46 calories! Needless to say, I’m impressed with these cranberry things. Now I just need ideas/recipes for how to use them this Thanksgiving. So here’s the deal, I’ll give you some, and you give me one. Tell me how you like to incorporate cranberries into your Thanksgiving extravaganzas.
