It’s easy to forget to drink water in the winter time. That’s understandable, because it is hard to drink water when it’s frozen!

So here’s your reminder. Look for high-fiber foods that also contain lots of water. Fruits like Apples, or grapes. And cooked grains like whole grain rice, polenta, or oatmeal.
