You’re Neither Worthless Nor Worthy

looking in mirror

“I can do anything!” You’ve told yourself this millions of times. You want to believe it. But as you stare at the stranger in the mirror you actually think: “What a worthless loser. I’ve spent my whole life trying to lose weight and feel good about myself. I must be the most incompetent person on the planet.”

What hope is there?

Embrace yourself as the imperfect person you are.

Stop using the mirror of yourself as the basis for how you feel about yourself.

Your bad behavior does not make you worthless anymore than your good behavior makes you worthy.

What if you still fail? Tough! Welcome to the human race.
