Need a quick fiber boost but don't have much time? You can whiz up 10g of fiber in this smoothie under 5 minutes. Enjoy for breakfast, or whenever the need arises.
1 cup Milk low fat, skim, rice, almond or soy
1 medium banana
1 1/2 cups mixed frozen berries , unsweetened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend on high until smooth and creamy, 1-2 minutes.
