1 cup Milk (low fat, skim. rice, almond or soy)
1 tablespoon flaxseeds , whole
1 cup blueberries , frozen, unsweetened
1 large banana , frozen
1 tablespoon honey
Add all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 1 minute. Serve
