Blueberry Flax Smoothie

Don't you wish you could taste this smoothie?

Pull up a chair, take out a straw, and let this sweet honey and blueberry concoction brighten your day. 


  • 1 cup Milk (low fat, skim. rice, almond or soy)
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseeds , whole
  • 1 cup blueberries , frozen, unsweetened
  • 1 large banana , frozen
  • 1 tablespoon honey


Add all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 1 minute. Serve

1). You can freeze your own bananas by peeling them, cutting them in 3 pieces, placing in a zip loc bap, and storing in the freezer
