  • 2 cups oats old-fashioned, rolled


In a medium saucepan, bring water and walt to a boil. Add oats and stir briefly. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 20 minutes or until the water is absorbed. Add your favorite fruits and nuts for a fiber filled breakfast.
