12 oz spinach , raw
1/2 cup onion , thinly sliced
1 clove garlic minced
1/2 cup red bell peppers , thinly sliced
3/4 tablespoon olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic and herb seasoning
1/8 teaspoon salt , or to taste
- Wash spinach.
- In a large skillet, sauté garlic, onion, and pepper in olive oil until tender, about 4-5 minutes.
- Add spinach, stir together, and cook until spinach is wilted, about 3-5 minutes.
- Mix in seasoning and serve hot.
