Simple Vegetable Sautee

Need to eat more veggies? Here's a delicious way to add more color to your plate. Serve as a side to any main dish, or on top of breakfast polenta. 


  • 4 medium yellow squash , diced
  • 4 medium zucchini squash , diced
  • 2 red bell peppers , diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame seed oil
  • 1 teaspoon dill fresh or dried
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder


Sautee all ingredients below until they reach the consistency and texture you like. A complete sautee should take around 20 minutes on medium high heat.
