4 medium yellow squash , diced
4 medium zucchini squash , diced
2 red bell peppers , diced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon sesame seed oil
1 teaspoon dill fresh or dried
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon onion powder
Sautee all ingredients below until they reach the consistency and texture you like. A complete sautee should take around 20 minutes on medium high heat.
