Garbanzo Bean PB Smoothie

Here's a smoothie that will keep you full longer, thanks to the peanut butter and oats inside.


Ingredients

  • 1 large banana
  • 1/4 cup cooked oatmeal
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 cup almond milk unsweetened (or your choice low fat)
  • 2 tablespoons garbanzo beans rinsed and drained

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until you reach the desired consistency.
