Ingredients

  • large banana
  • 1/4 cup cooked oatmeal
  • tablespoon peanut butter
  • cup almond milk unsweetened (or your choice low fat)
  • tablespoons garbanzo beans rinsed and drained

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until you reach the desired consistency.
