I sit in a wheelchair and/or scooter all day. So losing weight has been a real challenge. I exercise as I am able. Any other tips?

There is good news July! Your diet has a bigger impact on your weight than exercise does. So if you hone in on what you're eating, you can weigh less even if you sit all day.
