Because of her past experiences with weight loss programs Peg asks , “How is Full Plate different from Weight Watchers?”

I have done Weight Watchers multiple times and the weight never stays off. I dislike having to write down everything I eat. How is your program different and why will it help me permanently?

Awesome question, Peg. There are many ways to lose weight, and even good and healthy weight loss programs might not work for everyone

What is the best snack to have before bedtime if you find you are real hungry, but you don't want to add more fat or calories to your day, just enough to quench that hungry feeling. Tea seems to help.

Are No Carb Diets Healthy?

Has the low carb diet craze caused you to wonder if you should try it?

Vera is considering it, and asked,

“How do you guys feel about the no carbs diets that are so prevalent today? Only proteins, small portions. It really works, but my fear is that it's probably not healthy to keep it up for longer than 6 weeks. Your opinion is much appreciated."

Good question Vera. Just because something seems to work doesn't mean it's the healthiest for your body long term.

I’m going through MENOPAUSE!!!!!! It feels as though I can't eat anything without my stomach bloating and looking prego! What can I do about it as a vegetarian?
