Are you confused about whether or not pasta is a slimming food?

You’re not alone. Stephanie asks, “Will pasta help me lose weight?”

My biggest challenge is staying away from high calorie and starch foods like pasta. I’ve noticed some of these high fiber foods are a bit high in calories. Won’t the high calories bring the weight gain?

You’re right Stephanie, pasta is a place where fiber counts can be misleading.
